电离子治疗机切除冠周龈瓣210例报告

Clinical observation on the cutting crowm-face oula of wisdom tooth with electra therapentic machine

目的 观察电离子治疗机在切除智齿冠周龈瓣中的应用效果。方法 应用电离子机切除智齿冠周龈瓣 ,并与手术治疗组进行对照。结果 术后发热、张口受限及局部肿胀、吞咽困难发生率均明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 用电离子治疗机切除冠周龈瓣可减少感染 ,是一种较好的方法。

Overgrowing of pericrown gingival flap of wisdom tooth may cause repeating local infection ,even intersperse abscess of body. As to the adopted. But its complications are many and the cost of the equipment used is very large, so the inferior hospitals rarely have the whole condition or the patients aren, t willing to accept it because of pain. Authers apply electra therapentic machine to treat this kind of patients and make random comparison with the operation-treated group. the febrile rate, opening limited rate, local swelling rate and difficutlly swallowing rate in experimental were all less than those in control groups (p<0.005). therapeutic machine of electra ionization , with isioin fame , can get the temperature of contacting head in body tissue up to 3000℃ or so in a moment, causing the tissue to be coagulated, gasified or carbonized quickly. With long flame, it can create a thin layer of carbonizing bed on wound face, that is beneficial to stop bleeding and prevent blood-infiltrating and infecting. The cost of this equipment is cheaper than that of carbon dioxide laser. It is very suitable for middle or small hospitails to put it to use.
