用复发性口疮局部疗效评价标准衡量不同用药方法的对比实验

The result of different methods with four kinds of medicines judged by the local curing standard of RAU

目的 用复发性口疮局部疗效评价标准对准字药物不同用药方法进行评价。方法选择三种准字号药物口腔炎喷雾剂 ,谷固醇口腔溃疡膜和醋酸地塞米松口腔粘贴片。采用同一患者前后自身对照的方法 ,分别由患者本人上药和由医生亲自上药 ,用复发性口疮局部疗效评价标准来观察评价。结果 医生上药的有效率(80 % )比患者自己用药的有效率 (4 9% )高 ,且有显著性差异。结论 由医生清洁干燥溃疡面后上药局部吸收率高 。

Objective We always find the curing effects are different between the medicines used by the patients themselves and their doctors.This experients are adopted by the self comparison way with the local curing standard of RAU. Methods Results There are the contrasts between the four medicines applied by the patients themselves and their doctors .Obviously the medicines used by the doctors have better effects.The best drug is the two-steps solution made of vitamine B2, rhEGF,dexamethasone and dicain. Conclusion The RAU patients should chose the way that their are ulcers cured with the effective medicines quickly and conveniently.
