摘要 介绍了一些对金属延性断裂进行判断的准则,包括基于试验的经验性准则以及连续损伤力学方法建立的准则。在金属塑性成形的大变形有限元分析过程中,将会对断裂裂纹的生成及扩展进行模拟,介绍使用单元删除、单元分裂以及单元分离技术来处理出现裂纹后的工件网格,就齿圈压板精密冲裁、切削加工中切屑成形以及冷挤压等复杂工艺过程的断裂现象进行了模拟研究。 Some criteria of metal ductile fracture are introduced, including empirical criteria derived from experiments and criteria based on continuum damage mechanics. In finite element simulation for large deformation, crack generation and propagation can be modeled by element deletion, element split and element separation, which are investigated. Applied some criteria and element deletion method, fracture occurred is simulated in sheet blanking, orthogonal metal cutting and cold forward extrusion processing.
