摘要
综述了果实内糖、酸、蛋白质和氨基酸、维生素、矿质元素等有关果实内在品质重要指标的形成。
The development and change rule of important indexes of fruits internal quality including sugars, acids, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, mineral nutrition were summarized. Recent development of researches on fruits internal quality determination and evaluation were also reviewed.
