摘要
昆虫抗药性问题日趋严重。由P45 0介导的多功能氧化酶 ,谷胱甘肽S -转移酶和水解酶类 3种解毒酶系在昆虫的代谢抗性中起重要作用。本文从生化和分子水平介绍了昆虫解毒酶系与抗药性之间的关系。
Insecticide resistance is an increasing problem in many insects. Three major enzyme groups (mixed-function oxideses, glutathione S-transferases and esterases) are responsible for metabolically based resistance to insecticide. This article presents the relationships between enzyme groups and insecticide resistance from biochemistry and molecular biology of resistance.
