摘要
从满足切削力、锯切质量及带锯条的疲劳寿命 3方面 ,分析研究了张紧力。综合考虑 3方面因素 ,确定了立式轻型金属带锯床的最佳张紧力 。
Considering about cutting force, cutting quantity and band saw blades fatigued life in three aspects, tightening force was researched. Through integrating these factors, optimal tightening force of vertical light metal band sawing machine was determined, which provide reliable evidences for band sawing design
