摘要 研究采集了 77头大白母猪 4 6 9头仔猪的胎盘性状记录 ,旨在探索猪胎盘遗传规律及其与产仔数的关系。胎盘效率用仔猪初生重与胎盘重的比率表示。统计结果显示 ,大白猪平均胎盘效率 6 35± 1 4 8,变异范围 3 4 4~ 11 98,胎次对胎盘效率影响极显著 (P <0 0 1) ,性别间胎盘效率没有显著差异 ,胎盘效率遗传力为 0 4 6 ,与初生重、胎盘重、胎盘长度和胎盘面积的遗传相关分别为 0 0 5、 - 0 5 7、 0 5 5和 0 5 2。表明胎盘效率具有中等以上遗传力 。 A total number of 469 placental records of piglets in Large White pigs were analyzed The goals of this study were to investigate the genetic parameter of placental efficiency, determined by the ratio of piglet's weight to that of its placenta, and the possibility of selection for litter size using placental efficiency as a tool The statistical analyses indicated that placental efficiency averaged 6 35 1 48 ranging from 3 44~11 98 Placental efficiency had high heritability of 0 46 The genetic correlation between placental efficiency and birth weight, placental weight, placental length, placental surface were 0 05, -0 57, 0 55, 0 52, respectively Among factors influencing placental efficiency, the parity is significant (p<0 01) It is possible to increase litter size by selecting placental efficiency
