摘要
结合广西区情和我校办学实际,阐述了食品科学与工程专业课程体系构建的指导思想;介绍了新课程体系的内容及其特点.
Combining the requirement on senior engineering talent of food science and engineering major in Guangxi, the principle of the new course system construction of food science and engineering major is discussed. The content and the characteristic of the new course system are given.
