籼稻光温敏核不育系GD1S的特征特性研究

Studies on Characteristics of PTGMS Line GD-1S in Indica Rice

研究了籼稻光温敏核不育系GD 1S的特征特性。结果表明 ,GD 1S育性转换临界光温组合指标为 :13.5h 2 3.0± 0 .5℃ ,12 .5h 2 3.5± 0 .5℃ ,11.5h 2 6 .5± 0 .5℃。该不育系高抗稻瘟病、中抗白叶枯病、稻米品质与开花习性均较好、容易制种。利用该不育系已育成粤杂 12 2、粤杂 889、粤杂 92 2等两系杂交稻新组合 ;其中 ,粤杂12 2于 2 0 0 1年

The studies on the characteristics of PTGMS line GD 1S in indica rice were carried out. The results showed that the combinations of critical daylength and temperature for its fertility alteration were 13.5 h/23.0±0.5℃,12.5 h/ 23.5 ± 0.5 ℃ and 11.5 h/26.5±0.5℃, respectively. GD 1S has good grain quality, strong resistance to blast and middle resistance to bacterial leaf blight and good flowering habits for easy hybrid seed production. Some new two line hybrid rice combinations of it such as Yue za 122, Yue za 889 and Yue za 922 have been developed and among them, Yue za 122 was examined and approval by the Crops Variety Approval Committee of Guangdong Province in February, 2001.
