摘要
对垩白率不同的 5个保持系正反交形成的 10对F1、F′1垩白粒率进行测定和分析 ,结果发现 ,垩白粒率在遗传中受到主效基因控制 ,垩白粒率高对垩白粒率低表现显性或部分显性。对于两个亲本而言 ,其正交组合的垩白粒率与反交组合垩白粒率有明显差异 ,以低垩白粒率亲本作母本、高垩白粒率亲本作父本配制的F1组合的垩白粒率要低于其反交组合米粒的垩白粒率。因此 ,在优质杂交稻育种中 。
Five rice maintainer lines with different chalky rice percentages were used to make 10 pairs of crosses and corresponding reciprocal crosses. The percentage of chalky rice of these hybrids was tested and analyzed. The results showed that the inheritance of chalky rice percentage was coutrolled by major genes with high percentage dominant or partially dominant to low percentage. The hybrids were different from their reciprocal hybrids in the performance of chalky rice percentage. The chalky rice percentage of the Low (female)/High (male) hybrids was lower than the reciprocal high (female)/Low (male) hybrids. Therefore, it is suggested that the parents with low chalkiness be used as the female to do hybridization or make crosses in breeding of fine quality hybrid rice.
