摘要
介绍了天然石墨与人工石墨表面包覆及粉末颗粒预处理等改性处理方法及其材料性能。石墨材料通过改性处理,可以有效降低其比表面积和首次充放电不可逆容量,并可提高材料密度和比容量,特别是改性处理后的人工石墨具有更小的比表面积、更长的充放电循环寿命,用于电动车用大容量锂离子电池,具有容量高、大电流放电性能好、材料成本低的优势。
The methods of modification, including the surface covering of natural and artificial graphite and structure pretreat-ment of carbon or graphite raw material and the properties of those materials were discussed. Some main improvements achieved such as the specific surface area and irreversible capacity in the first cycle reduced, the density and specific capacity increased with modified graphite, and artificial graphite by modification showed better specialities and more advantages, including smaller specific surface area and longer cycle life, higher discharge capacity at normal or high rate and lower cost used in Li-ion battery for electric vehicles.
