摘要 介绍了3级反渗透膜-负压蒸发-离子交换组合系统,处理泡沫镍生产中电沉积镍废水的方法。处理量为50t/h,处理后的纯净水和电解液成分全部回用到生产线,实现封闭循环,无二次污染,工况环境好,占地面积小。系统采用PLC全自动控制,是镍废水处理的创新技术。 A method using a resultant system-three stage reverse osmosis-negative pressure vaporizing-ion exchanging was introduced to dispose the waste water containing nickel, when nickel foam was produced during the electric-depositing nickel. The capacity of the displacement was 50t/h. Through disposition in this way, the obtained pure water and electrolytic component was fully returned back to the producing lines. Using this method, the processing was in closed-cycle and had non second pollution, the system occupied smaller space and was fully auto-controlled by PLC. This method was an new innovation to dispose the waste water containing nickel.
