摘要
信息化是21世纪企业生存之本与发展之道。我国应制定和实施既符合国际通行规则,又具有中国特色的企业信息化发展战略。所有企业,都应从自身实际出发,采取积极有效的对策;各级政府应遵循客观规律,制定和执行科学而完善、统一而灵活的宏观政策体系;企业与政府一齐努力,共同促进企业信息化建设的健康发展。
Information is the foundation and way for an enterprise to exist and to develop. Our country should make and carry out the information development strategy, which is coordinated with the international rules and also has the characteristics of our own. All the enterprises should adopt active and effective countermeasures that are decided from their individual reality. Governments of different levels should follow the objective laws and make and carry out scientific and complete, integral and flexible macroscopic policy system. Enterprises and government work hard together to promote the healthy development of enterprise information construction.
