In this paper,we introduce the function,composition,software and hardware of the intelligent screen displayed shell shooting observation system for naval shore gun(ship gun)and anti aircraft artillery,emphatically narrate some characters of the expert system for the shore gun shoot rules:the programming principles,the train of thoughts of the design and the state of the trial and operation
