The publicity of University affairs is essential measure to prevent corruptionl.By making the university affairs public  employing different methods,the aurhority of university will be put under the supervision of the staff in order to share democratic management  supervision.Meanwhile ,the aim is to strengthen the supervision on autheority,improve integrated affectio  perfect the ristrict system of supervision.
