摘要
对冬小麦 15个F1杂交组合杂种优势与其沉降值变化趋势分析结果表明 ,F1中有强优势组合 ,其超标幅度 5 1%~ 5 6 6 % ,亲本材料基因重组后 ,沉降值变化为 :超亲组合占 33 3% ,趋近父母亲本平均值的组合占 6 0 %。综合分析结果表明 :选用优质亲本 ,组配强优势组合和采用化学杀雄技术 ,可以选育优质高产杂种冬小麦品种。应用微量SDS沉降值指导田间早代选择非常有效。
The heterosis and deposition vailue of 15 F 1 hybrid winter wheat combinations were analyzed.The results showed that strong combinations exsisted in these F 1s.The yields of these combinations were 5 1%~56 6% higher than the control.After the parental materials were crossed,33 3% of the new combinations was higher in deposition vailue than their parents.60% of them was closed to their parents.This result indicated that quality and productive hybrid wheat variety could be brought out by selecting quality parents,combining their strong vigor and adopting CHA technology.It was very effective to adopt microquantity SDS deposition vailue for instructing the early selection in the field.
