高异黄酮含量大豆新品种中豆27的选育及配套栽培技术 被引量:5

摘要 大豆新品种中豆 2 7(原名中作 91K12 )是中国农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所利用高产、抗花叶病毒病品种中豆 19号作母本 ,美国引进材料威廉姆斯 (Williams)的近等基因系P I L81- 4590 作父本进行有性杂交 ,采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)技术 ,对杂种后代的异黄酮含量进行检测及多年辅助选择育成 ,2 0 0 0年通过北京市农作物品种审定委员会审定。其突出特点为抗癌物质 (异黄酮 )含量高、高产、优质 (蛋白质、脂肪双高 )、抗病、综合性状优异。同时对中豆 2 7的配套栽培技术进行了探讨。 A new soybean variety Zhongdou 27(originally named as Zhongzuo 91K12) was developed by Institute of Crop Breeding and Cultivation,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences through years of assistant selection for isoflavone by means of HPLC in the hybrid progenies of Zhongdou 19(Female parent) a high yielding,mosaic virus resistant variety and P.I.L 81-4590 (Male parent) near isogene line of an elite American variety Williams.In 2000,it was passed the examination and approval by Beijing Committee of Crop Variety Examination and Approval because of its outstanding characteristics such as high isoflavone,high yielding,good quality,disease resistant and good general character.In this paper,the development process and cultivation of Zhongdou 27 were discussed.
