北京南城——未来大商贸区

South of Beijing city-the future big commerce area.

近些年来,北京南城由于交通、危房改造等多种原因,形成了北京南城特有的商圈,本文对南城进行了SWOT分析,并对南城近年来的许多新举措进行了总结,在此基础上提出:在21世纪10年内将北京南城建设成为“国际性商贸港”。

In recent years,a special business a rea h as emerged in the south of Beijin g city(mainly in-cluding Chongwen and Xuanwu Distric ts)thanks to improvement of the traffic and rebuilding of old and poor apartments.On the basis of SWOT analysis conducted by us and summing-up to ma ny new mea-sures taken recently,the authors sh ould predict that a Internati onal commerce centerwill came into being in the South of the Beijing with in 10years of this century.
