摘要
人力资源是世界上最宝贵的资源之一,是21世纪的战略资源。绩效考评在现代人力资源管理中的作用日益突出,掌握绩效考评的基本原理与方法,成为现代人力资源管理不可缺少的基本功。建立绩效考评指标体系,并应用模糊集合论对企业人力资源绩效进行定量和定性分析,为员工的调动、晋升、加薪,培训等提供科学依据。
Human resource is one of the most valuable resources in the world as well as a stratege resource in the 21sh century, when performance appraisal plays an increasingly important in human resource management. This paper discusses the importance of mastering performance appraisal principle and method, and how to establish index system and apply fuzzy collection theory to analyzing the quantitative and qualitative measurement in business human resource. This provides a scientific basis for staff transfer, promotion, raise and training.
