论我国电子商务物流体系的构建

On the Establishment of EC Logistic System

与电子商务相适应的物流体系是由第三方物流和企业自营物流两部分组成,它是在现代物流的基础上采用供应链管理思想与方法、以现代信息技术为手段、以一体化物流为主要内容、以全面降低企业成本为目标,服务于电子商务活动的物流体系。由于我国物流发展的水平较低,不能与电子商务实现直接对接,所以我国第三方物流体系与企业自营物流体系的构建必须是符合我国国情的原则和策略。

The logistics system adaptable to EC consists of two parts: the third person logistics and enterprises' logistics operated by themselves. This system serving for EC, is based on modern logistics, with managirial thoughts and methods of supply chain together with modern information technology. Its main content is logistics integration with an objective to reduce enterprises' cost. Because of the lower level of logistics in China, unadaptable to EC, the author gives some suggestions on the principles and strategies for building the system of the third person logistics and the system of enterprises' logistics operated by themselves in China.
