摘要
离职率的升高对人力资源管理中的遣散工作提出了越来越高的要求。从主动离职和被动离职两个方面 ,讨论有关遣散工作的一些理念和技术上的问题 ,并提出了相应的建议与对策 ,为企业的管理实践提供一些参考。
The requirement of technology of dismissal in HRM becomes more and more mportant with the rising of employee flow rate. Together with countermeasures.some problems of the idea and technology in employee dismissal process are discussed. including both of active resigning and of passive lay-off, which is expected to provide some reference for business administration.
