The institutional advantages are the most important source of the competitive advantapes of hi-tech industry in Shenzhen. The great success of Hi-tech industry of Shenzhen should be mainly explained by its 4 institutional advantages:economic system?structure of corporate governance?local laws and cultural environment. According to the developmental model of Shenzhen, if our country wants to improve Hi-tech industry rapidly, we must pay more attention to institutional innovation, because the neform of system and innovation will be the impontant force of improving the healthy and napid deuelopment of our hi-tech industry.
