摘要
分形管理是建立在混沌及分形理论基础上的一种企业系统管理思想和方法。围绕知识经济时代的企业经营环境的特点,运用分形理论,从新的角度和层面进行较为系统的研究,指出企业组织的自相似性和自组织性能够使得企业更好地适应复杂环境的变化。
The model of fractal management is based on the chaotic theories. As a systematic management theory it reflects the characteristics of managment in the age of knowledge-based economy, in which the combination of self-similarity and self-organization can lead enterprises to adapt to the mutable environment.
