摘要
我国饭店业目前呈现竞争加剧和利润下降的局面。资本运营作为一种有效的企业经营手段 ,有利于为饭店的发展找到新的契机。然而 ,国有饭店开展资本运营的条件先天不足 。
The hotel industry of China is involved in violent competitions and its profits are going down. Under such austere conditions, the capital operation provides an effective way for the development of the industry. However, the conditions for the capital operation of state-owned hotels in China are not so good. The obstacles in the property right system make it the only choice for the state-owned hotels to go into non-governmental operation.
