摘要
“期待效应”在心理学、教育学及管理学等各领域中,得到了广泛运用。笔者在此结合企业管理实际,对期待效应中有关“期待” 的三方面问题,即对期待效应产生的前提、期待的定位及其实现过程中的领导参与度、如何管理自己的社会期待,进行了探讨。
Expectation effect is applied extensively in many fields such as psychology, education, sociology and management,etc. In the context of enterprise's management, three issues about the expectation in expectation effect will be discussed in this thesis, involving the premise of the effect1 s generation, expectation's positioning and the degree of leader's participation in the course of its fulfillment, and how to manage the social expectation.
