准分子激光角膜屈光术后眼压测量研究及进展

摘要 准分子激光角膜近视屈光术后导致角膜中央厚度及角膜曲率的改变 ,影响眼压测量的准确性。本文参阅了有关文献 ,对术后早期角膜曲率、角膜厚度的改变及切削等值球镜度数对眼压测量的影响及校正 ,术后远期角膜曲率、角膜厚度改变、角膜顺应性及切削等值球镜度数对眼压测量的影响及校正等诸多方面进行了较为全面的综述。 Central corneal thickness(CCT) and corneal curvature were changed following excimer laser in situ keratomileusis, and they affected the accuracy of measurement of intraocular pressure(IOP).The article summarized the IOP measurement according to CCT,corneal curvature,and treated mean spherical equivalent (MSE) early and late after LASIK.
