摘要
水产养殖业的迅速发展 ,带动并促进了渔业经济及其出口创汇等相关产业的发展 .然而养殖业者过于追求产量 ,滥用渔药 ,造成养殖环境恶化 ,加之工业污物、农田农药的肆意排放 ,加工保藏法规的不健全 ,使水产品的安全日益受到威胁 .本文从生物、化学的危害因子及其检验分析了水产品的食用安全性 ,提出了加强管理、提高质量的若干意见 .
The development of aquaculture promoted fishery economy and export and brought considerable social and economic profits. However, with the pursuit of great production, the environment for aquaculture deteriorated. So misuse of fishery drugs is unavoidable. In addition, industrial pollution, pesticides from farmland and imperfect rules for product processing and storage pose a threat to seafood safety increasingly. In this paper, Biological and chemical hazards to seafood and their assessment are analyzed. The ideas for enhancement of seafood quality and reinforcement of management are proposed.
