The development and processing of Camellia Oleifera seed oil

摘要 综述了茶籽油的资源分布、产量、脂肪酸组成及其保健功能 ,提出了“初榨茶籽油”的概念和茶籽油的制取及加工工艺 ,认为茶籽油的营养和经济价值可与橄榄油媲美 . The distribution of resources of Camellia Oleifera seed oil is described, and the yield and fatty acid components and health functions of Camellia Oleifera seed oil are summarized. The concept of 'the first pressing Camellia Oleifera seed oil' is offered, and extracting methods and processing technology of Camellia Oleifera seed oil are proposed by experiments. By improving the quality of Camellia Oleifera seed oil, it will be more easy to export the oil to the international market and to promote the industrialization of the oil because the nutrition and commercial value of Camellia Oleifera seed oil are as good as those of Olive oil.
