摘要
实验测定了自制DP8-12 糊精粉剂的吸湿性和溶解度 ,结果显示 ,该产品吸湿性不大而有较好的溶解度 .用 3种糊精作为壁材对维生素C、茶多酚和酒进行包埋试验 ,结果表明 ,DP8-12 糊精具有比普通糊精和麦芽糊精更好的包埋性能 .
The moisture absorption and water solubility of DP 8-12 dextrin was determined. It shows that the dextrin with low absorbability of moisture and good water solubility. Microencapsulating vitamin C, polyphenol and alcohol with DP 8-12 dextrin, dextrin and maltodextrin respectively was studied. The result shows that DP 8-12 dextrin has the best embedding capability as wall material.
