摘要  将微机电系统(MEMS)技术应用于射频(RF)领域,制作新型的微带天线,是目前的一个重点和热点。文章以Maxwell方程为出发点,应用时域有限差分(FDTD)法对MEMS层叠式微带贴片天线进行精确的分析,给出了经济实用的近似吸收边界条件,找到了一系列精确模拟微带贴片天线、有效减少存储空间和计算量、节约计算时间的方法。 Based on the Maxwell's Equation, the FiniteDifference TimeDomain (FDTD) method is used in the paper for accurate analysis of the MEMS multiplayer microstrip patch antenna Inexpensive absorbing boundary conditions are derived, and methods for saving computer memory and CPU time were found
