摘要
研究了采用原生质体电融合构建高温酿酒酵母。对影响电融合效率的几个参数、高温浓醪发酵和融合子遗传稳定性等方面进行了研究。确定了进行电诱导融合的最佳条件 ,并选出了 1株融合株。
Protoplast electric induced fusion was used to construct thermotolerant Saccharomyces cerevisiae . Factors of electric induced fusion and genetic stability of the fusant were studied. Optimum requirements of electric induced fusion to select a fusant were also confirmed.\;
