摘要
探讨了复凝聚法和包结络合法形成微胶囊的工艺条件 ,对微胶囊壁材进行了选择 ,并对喷雾干燥条件进行了初步探讨。
Yeast abstract was microencapsulated by different wall materials.Two main methods of microencapsulation were compared by the encapsulation yield and the condition of microencapsulation was explored.
