This paper analysed the construction status and existing problems of ecological public welfare forest of Nanping Hulushan National Forest Farm,the cultural tactics of ecological public welfare forest were approached from the aspects of policy guarantee,fund support,cultural measures,developing individual economy and providing fund compensation,etc.
