摘要
采用现场总线控制系统 (Fieldbus Control System)的设计思想 ,设计并实现了一个基于 CAN总线的多无刷直流电机(Brushless Direct Current Motor)的监测控制系统。首先采用新型的电机专用控制芯片 DSP5 6F80 5来控制单个无刷直流电机的运行 ,从而构成 FCS中的一个智能节点。最后利用 CAN总线把这些智能节点连接起来 ,构成一个含有多个 BL DCM子控制系统的 FCS。该系统不但便于对这些电机进行集中的监测和管理 ,而且可以实现系统中的各个 BL
A multi BLDCM monitor and control system is designed and accomplished by adopting the method of design fieldbus control system.Firstly,a DSP56F805 chip is applied to control a BLDCM that constructs an intelligent node in FCS.And then all intelligent nodes are connected by CAN bus and a FCS with several BLDCM sub control systems is accomplished.The FCS can conveniently monitor and manager these BLDCMs and achieve communication among them for working synchronously.
