光谱电化学法研究盐普与DNA的相互作用 被引量:4

A Spectroscopic and Electrochemical Study on the DNA Binding with Procaine Hydrochloride

摘要 利用荧光光谱与电化学循环伏安法研究了盐酸普鲁卡因与 DNA的相互作用。在盐酸普鲁卡因与 DNA的荧光光谱滴定实验中 ,随着 DNA浓度的增加 ,盐普的荧光强度明显减小 ,但峰位置没有发生移动 ;同时 ,循环伏安的研究结果表明 ,随着DNA浓度的增加 ,盐普的氧化峰电流也逐渐降低 ,且峰电位负移 ,表明盐普与 The interaction between DNA and procaine hyarochloride has been investigated by utilizing fluorescence spectroscopy and electrochemical study. The results indicate that the binding of procaine hydrochloride to DNA is relatively strong and the interaction is a typical non intercalation mode.
