摘要 论述了一种高精度旋转叶片振动参数叶尖定时检测方法。设计一套叶尖定时传感系统 ;利用叶尖经过非接触测头的时间进行测量 ,与传统接触测量方法相比 ,具有实时性强、精度高、适用于高转速等优点。通过多个叶尖定时传感器实现对叶片振动的实时、全面监测 ;利用叶根同步传感器减小了由于转速不稳定造成误差的影响。论述了系统原理和叶尖定时信号的处理方法 。 A high accuracy method using tip timing for testing vibration parameters of rotor blade is described A tip timing sensor system is devised The method uses the time at which the blade tips pass the probes to monitor the blade vibration Compared with the traditional measuring methods,the new method has the advantages of real time,high precision and suitable for high rotor speed The real time and complete detection to the blades is realized by means of several tip timing sensors The blade bottom sensors are used for eliminating errors caused by the instability of rotor velocity The theory of the system and the processing method of tip timing signals are described,and the discussion is presented
