摘要
提出一种基于振动敲击来检测软质物体硬度的方法。它利用 PVDF压力薄膜传感器 ,检测振动源施加在软质物体上的动态压力及弹性形变 ,通过提取波形的特征量及对特征量的主成分分析 。
This paper presents a new method for measuring soft material stiffness,based on active vibration on it.PVDF sensor is applied to measure the pressure and strain while vibration head gets into and leaves off the soft material. After picking up the characteristic parameters from the sensor output signal wave,principal component analysis is performed to find the factors affecting the stiffness.As a result,a linear expression can be used to compare the stiffness of soft material.
