摘要
在汽车后桥主锥总成装配工艺中 ,为使一对锥齿轮保持良好的啮合状态 ,通常是通过手工来加减调整垫片 ,精度较低。针对这种情况 ,提出了基于 PL C控制的 S值测量系统的测量模型以及该系统软、硬件的设计 ,以达到自动选垫 。
In the drive bevel pinion assembly of truck, precise situation of a pair of tapered gears has to be guaranteed. So adding or minusing adjustable washers are finished by hand. This paper presents measuring model and working law of S measured system for this condition, at the same time, it formulates design and reality of hardware and software.
