介绍了钢轨高速探伤系统。对系统设计中的一些关键技术问题—高速轮探头 ,探轮自动对中装置 ,多通道超声发射 /接收系统以及高速数据采集与处理等进行了说明。经多次试验 。

A high speed detection system for rail flaw is presented.The key techniques including high speed wheel detector,wheel detector auto control device,multiple channel ultrasonic transmitting/receiving system and high speed data accessing/processing system are introduced.The testing results showed that the testing precision of the system is satisfactory.
