A fire new fault analysis system of transformer is introduced. This system acts as 'black casket' of transformer. It is used to analyze the fault of transformer and distinguish the relation of obligation and droit between manufacturers and users of transformer. This system differs with diagnostic and protective devices of transformer. It is a signal processing system based on DSP. And it has excellent performance in the signal process, memory and computational speed. All these make the whole system achieve satisfactory results.
