Development of Surface Laser Measurement Based on Computer Vision

介绍了基于计算机视觉的激光测量系统的硬件组成 ,利用从 CCD图像中拾取到的边缘信息来指导自由曲面零件的测量规划 ,并通过一个鼠标模型的测量和重建 ,验证了该系统的可行性 。

The hardware structure of laser measurement system is introduced.The measurement layout for free form surface is processed with the boundary information of CCD images.The feasibility of the system is testified through a mouse model measurement and reconstruction.The work is helpful for the realization of intellectualized 3D CMM.
