摘要
针对目前国内轴承振动测量仪不能控制轴承异常声的问题,设计了一种新的轴承故障诊断仪器系统。该系统除集成了现有轴承振动测量仪的所有功能,还扩展了许多功能。首先介绍了仪器系统的设计方案,讨论了实际研制过程中的几个技术问题和解决办法,最后给出了系统在工业现场的应用结果。应用结果表明,该系统有很好的实用价值和应用前景。
A novel virtual instrument system for bearing fault diagnosis,which extends the functions of present bearing vibration testers besides integrating all functions of them, is designed according to abnormal bearing sound which can't be distinguished by present bearing vibration tester. The total design scheme of system is presented. Several major technology problems in the developing progress are discussed and methods to solve them are provided. The testing results are given,which show very good practicality value and application perspective.
