摘要
针对机械压力机气动摩擦离合器系统中存在的工作能量利用率低,排气噪声大等问题,结合试验进行研究,提出了节能新方法。试验结果表明该方法能够有效地节约能量,同时降低排气噪声,减小了工作环境的噪声污染。
A new method of saving energy is proposed in order to solve the problems of low utilization ratio of energy and heavy noise during the working process of mechanical press. Pneumatic friction clutch and brake are the key components of the press. The proposed method effectively saved the energy a lot, and at the same time reduced the noise.
