离子色谱法测定药物提取物中的对甲苯磺酸 被引量:8

摘要 对甲苯磺酸在流速为1.5ml/min,淋洗液为7.5mmol/L的Na2CO3和15%的甲醇的混合溶液在离子色谱仪Dionex(DX-100)上能较好的检测。其检测下限为2.04μg/mL(S/N=3.0);保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为0.4752%、1.9376%、1.480%;在线性范围1~300μg/mL,峰面积、峰高的线性回归系数分别为0.9988和0.9936。在此条件下,常规阴离子对对甲苯磺酸的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定,回收率为105.1%(峰面积)。这种方法快速、灵敏,结果令人满意。 An ion chromatography system for the determination of p-Toluenesulfonic acid was described. Ion chromatography was carried out by suppressed conductivity detection (DX-100) . The eluant contained 7. 5mmol/LNa2CO3 and 15% methanol. The detection limit was 2. 04 μg/mL(S/N = 3. 0). The relative standard deviation are 0. 4752% for retention time, 1. 9376% for height and 1. 4800% for area, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0. 9988 for area and 0. 9936 for height. The linear range was 1-300 μg/mL. Common inorganic ion and organic acids did not interfere. The recovery was 105. 1% for area. The method was simple, rapid, reliable and inexpensive.
