摘要
简要分析了将机械压力机继电器-接触器控制方式改造为计算机控制的必要性,指出对机械压力机操作规范的计算机控制是最为关键的。在对JH23—63型机械压力机动作原理的简要分析基础上,明确指出不同的操作规范对应着不同的滑块运动方式,其可依靠电气比例阀的得失电来实现。论述了其操作规范计算机控制实现的基本原理,并研制出了相应的控制硬件和软件。为了正确执行单次、连续两种操作规范,采用模糊神经网络控制方法使滑块准确地停在上死点,并将所研制出的操作规范计算机控制系统成功地应用于工业实际之中。
The necessity to convert the relay-connector control way into the PC control way is analysed. It is pointed out that the operation method controlling is usually most important in mechanical press control. On the basis of briefly analysing the working principle of JH23-63 mechanical press,the basic principle of realizing its operation methods by means of PC control is described and the hardware and software relative to the PC control system are made. In order to exactly accomplish two kinds of single stroke and continuous stroke operation methods, its slide is stopped exactly at the upper dead point by way of fuzzy-neural network control. The control system has been applied successfully in the industrial practice.
