摘要
针对用于手性药物分离的逆流模拟移动床色谱系统进行了智能控制设计。首先利用模糊控制实现了对SMBC系统的稳态过程控制,其次利用专家系统控制其动态过程,实现了对手性药物分离的纯度高、产量大的要求。实验结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的动态特性和鲁棒性。
Deals with the design of the intelligent control in accordance with the adverse current simulated moving bed chromatography system. Firstly, the fuzzy control is used to control the stable state process of the chro-matography system. Secondly, the expert system is used to control the dynamic state process of the chromatography system. The study shows that the purity of the output is high and that the segregated yield is large. The experiments show that the control system has a good dynamic characteristic and robustness.
