摘要
针对蒸汽供热管网中热损耗现象作出两种分类:正常的管网散热和被称之为故障的各种不可预计的散热、漏汽。在此基础上通过传热理论建立了正常管网散热的热损耗模型,并以管网各节点的温度作为对象提出了一种递推算法。以此作为切入点,通过故障诊断规则的引入,与蒸汽供热管网抄表系统的监测数据的对比,用计算机实现了故障的诊断。
A classification for heat wastage of pipe-net that transfer vapor is mentioned: the usual heat dispersion of pipe-net formed by heat transfer and the dispersion formed by unknowable leakage that call as fault. Model for heat wastage on the pipe-net without fault is established by theory of heat transfer, recursive arithmetic based on the temperature of nodes of the net is provided, and furthermore, the comparation with supervision data from net port completes the fault diagnosis by introduce rules of diagnosis
