激光热轧带钢平直度测量方法研究

Calculation Method Research on Laser Flatness Measuremnt for Hot Strip steel

介绍了现有激光平直度测量计算方法,分别指出了激光三角法平直度测量模型的“平滑作用”,激光光切法平直度测量模型的“拐点失效”现象。提出了激光截光法平直度测量模型,并且给出了各自的工业测量结果。

At first, this paper introduces current laser measurement methods of flatness. Secondly, this paper indicates smooth effect of optic-triangulation flatness measurement model and knee-point failure of light-section flatness measurement model. Then this paper presents light-cutting flatness measurement model and the measurement results on industry.
