摘要
提出一种基于动态链接库技术的传感器非线性特性校正新方法。将传感器的数据采集程序与传感器的非线性特性校正算法置于同一个动态链接库中,这样应用程序从动态链接库获得的数据可直接用于测控目的。更换传感器时,只需更换相应的动态链接库而无需更改应用程序。这大大提高了系统的可维护性,缩短调试维护时间,提高仪器设备的利用效率。对于采用多通道传感器的测量系统,效果特别显著。
A new approach,using dynamic link library to correct the non-linear characteristics of transducers,is proposed. The data acquisition program and non-linear characteristics correction algorithm of a transducer are designed in one DLL so that the data from the DLL is good enough to be applied directly to measurement and control tasks. When it is necessary to replace a transducer, just the corresponding DLL is asked to rewrite and reinstall and the application program is not,which greatly improves the maintainability of a measurement system, especially for those with multi-channel transducers.
