摘要 细胞核因子kB(Nuclear Factor-kB,NF-kB)是1986年由Sen和Baitirmore首先描述,是一种B细胞核因子,可与免疫球蛋白的轻链(k链)增强子结合并具有结构性转录激活活性,故命名为细胞核因子或称k基因核因子.随着研究的进一步深入,发现NF-kB是一类普遍存在的细胞转录因子,在其它细胞中也有表达[1].它调控着编码细胞因子、生长因子、细胞粘附分子和一些在健康和疾病状态下的急性蛋白因子.
